Sapient is building next-gen Al models by combining the power oMCTS, Meta-Learning, Self-Play RL, and Evolutionary Algorithms.
The team is currently comprised of scientists and enaineers from Deepmind, Anthropic, Microsoft Al, XAl. and others with experience working on products like AlphaGo, Gemini, Copilot, and more.

ML Infra Engineers

Responsibilities
- Develop high performance machine learning systems to enable training on large GPU clusters
- Enabling teams to quickly test and iterate on their ML hypotheses and experimentation through distributed deep learning libraries
Requirements
- Strong experience with large distributed ML system is a must
- Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks like JAX, Pytorch & Tensorflow
- Strong programming skill in Python,C, C++ or Java
- Inquisitiveness and being a self-starter are a huge plus
- No educational background requirement as long as you can get the job done

ML Research Scientists & Research Engineers

Responsibilities
- Research novel machine learning architectures that can solve complex task reasoning and planning
- Collaborate with other members of the technical staff on model training, implementation and optimization
- Contribute and share insights on methods to improve training and inferencing performance and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in training,designing or tuning Al models is a must
- Experiences with MCTS, AlphaGO, and other RL models is a plus, and experience with SNN,Neuroscience and Neuromorphic computing is a plus
- Inquisitiveness and being a self-starter are a huge plus
- No educational background requirement as long as you can get the job done
