Sapient Intelligence Pte. Ltd. Effective April 20, 2026

 

1. Acceptance

By accessing https://sapient.inc/ (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

 

2. What the Site Provides

The Site offers:

  • Information about Sapient Intelligence’s AGI research and the HRM architecture
  • An interactive HRM reasoning demonstration (e.g., the Sudoku demo)
  • News and press coverage featuring Sapient Intelligence’s work
  • Career and hiring information
  • Links, including but not limited to, to our GitHub, Discord, LinkedIn, and X accounts

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice.

 

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, videos, architectural diagrams, logos, and the HRM technology described — is owned by Sapient Intelligence Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.

Open-source code: Certain research materials available on our GitHub (https://github.com/sapientinc/HRM) are governed by separate open-source licences. Those licence terms apply independently of these Terms.

 

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Damage, overburden, or impair the Site or its infrastructure
  • Attempt unauthorised access to any part of our systems
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract Site content without our consent
  • Reproduce or republish Site content for commercial purposes without authorisation
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content via the Site

 

5. Interactive Demo

The interactive HRM demonstration (such as the Sudoku puzzle) is provided for illustrative and educational purposes only. It is not a commercial product or API. We make no warranties about the demo’s availability, accuracy, or performance. Puzzles submitted through the demo are not retained beyond the session.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Sapient Intelligence disclaims all such warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sapient Intelligence and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sapient Intelligence and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights.

 

8. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party content including press articles and our GitHub repository. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

 

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
